- 16. Yelahanka-Bangarpet narrow gauge railway line is almost 100 years old. Shri Jaffer Sharief, the then Railway Minister gave clearance for gauge conversion in the year 1994-95. The distance is only 147 kms. Half of the work has already been completed. About 75 crores of rupees have been spent already.
